To schedule online, all you have to do is fill out some details about what you need, who you are, pick a date/time and wait for a confirmation to arrive.
CAN I TRUST MY CLEANER?
All of our cleaners are heavily vetted to ensure we only work with high integrity professionals. This makes for a safe and secure experience for all of our clients.
WHO PROVIDES THE SUPPLIES?
Our cleaners will arrive with their own cleaning supplies, products and equipment, unless there is a specific request for a certain service.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL?
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. Here's how we handle changes:
Rescheduling: We’re happy to help reschedule your clean to a more convenient time. Simply contact us, and we'll arrange a new appointment date and time.
Cancellations: You can cancel your appointment without any fees up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Last-Minute Cancellations: If you cancel within 24 hours of your booking, there is a $50 cancellation fee. However, if you decide to reschedule later, this fee will be credited towards your next cleaning service.
WHEN WILL I GET CHARGED?
You will not be charged until after the service is provided and you let us know that you are 100% satisfied with your clean.
